Published since 1970 as a liaison bulletin of the "Association de la jeunesse luxembourgeoise pour l'étude et la conservation de la nature" (A.J.L.L.E.C.N.) it was soon edited by "Jeunes et Environnement" and finally by the "Mouvement Écologique" until 2013. De Kéisécker has quickly developed into a Luxembourgish periodical, reflecting the evolutions in the field of the environment and sustainable development (through substantive articles, interviews, etc.). Furthermore, the periodical reflects the commitment of citizens for quality of life and participatory democracy.
